"Vija aircraft engines®" are delivered with a stainless steel exhaust manifold. We can study the best solutions of installation for your aircraft.
"Vija aircraft engines®" can design and make to measure your complete exhaust line (manifold, muffler, exhaust).
Several systems are available: absorption muffler, plenum, baffles...
All our exhaust lines are made of stainless steel and TIG welded, for a better resistance against high temperatures and corrosion.
A specific engine mount is available, compatible with the attachement points of Rotax 912/914 mount.
Position of the propeller is the same as on the 912UL, compared to the attachement points .

"Vija aircraft engines®" can design the engine mount that perfectly fits to your aircraft.
We can deliver just the blueprints, or make to measure the entire engine mount, with TIG welded steel (25CD4S/4130), and a preservative epoxy paint to the RAL color of your choice.

• EFIS
"Vija aircraft engines®" ECU enables displaying all engine parameters on EFIS:
oil temperature, oil pressure, RPMs, manifold pressure, fuel flow, max range (if connected to fuel level sender)...
MGL avionics range of products is adapted to "Vija aircraft engines®" ECU and simple to insall.
• Stainless braided (aviation type) radiator and fuel hoses made to measure
"Vija aircraft engines®" can provide aviation type hoses that can be installed instead of the standard type hoses (nitrile /rubber depending of the fluid). The hose/connector set is crimped with AN fittings.
